Events Overview

Webhooks are the automated real-time notifications delivered to other integrated application whenever certain events ouccur at 1GLOBAL. This is an efficient way to stay updated about the application activities rather than everytime calling the API resource.

Events​

Webhooks are triggered when an event happens. Each webhook notification contains an event type, a unique webhook identifier, and information related to the event. Events are the specific predefined trigger in the source application that causes it to instantly send an automated HTTP message to a destination URL. The event contains event object depicting the properties and methods that allow you to access the information about the event and interact with it.

The typical eventobject may contain:

dataThe actual event data associated with the event, usually a snapshot of the resource that changed.

Event Types​
